FLUKE fiber optic tester, battery aging and unable to power on. When connected to an external power supply, the screen flashes twice. Not sure if it’s due to not connecting the battery. The device is in good and new condition. The battery cable is aging and difficult to connect. Sold as a parts machine, no returns.
